Haute-Savoie's No. 1 economic centre

The Annecy urban area offers a very "attractive" environment to businesses. It has good connections with the rest of France (TGV High Speed Train connections and air connections from the Annecy-Meythet airport), and even with the world (the Geneva and Lyon airports are respectively 30 and 50 minutes away by car). It is a highly efficient economic centre - the leading one in Haute-Savoie - and is very varied, combining industrial and service businesses that are both traditional and innovative, and both large and small in size.
